Good luck. Don't be too surprised if it's a day or two late, or doesn't even show up until the next shipment, a couple-few weeks later. The dealer will say a lot to get you to sign, but in reality, they don't control the trucker's schedule.

Just thought I'd let you guys know, so you don't get too pissed when it's late.

Anyway, that's one awesome car. F---ing powerful, too! For example, it'll absolutely kill a stock non-cobra stang!

Sweet about the stang killing. But, the shipment thing both of the people we talked to claimed "Nissan is great in shipping and won't be here later than Tuesday", if there is a reasonable delay we will be bitching :D

"Stealin" has no s.c. for the 3.5 VQ and there does not see to be any rumors of f.i. unless Nissan plans to introduce some type of blower for the 350Z.

The G35 coupe, nicely equipped, will probably be about $35K ( I am pricing one at about $37K which makes one seriously consider the Corvette) which is miles from the Maxima price.

The 6th gen Max (2004) looks bigger than the current offering and may not be a sports sedan too much longer.

Yea, the 6th gen Max looks more like a G35 but that doesn't mean it can't haul ass. We shall see :D

Nice car. Not sure if $25k is a good deal or not because I can't recall the local loss leader prices but if you really did get it LOADED then I'd say it was a decent buy.

how do you know about the pricing of the g35 coupe? i've looked all over and couldn't find any pricing for the coupe... only the sedan. i'm really interested in getting this car and would like to know how much it's going to be... i don't think i'll need that many options on the g35. i believe that the coupe is standard in leather and the only thing i want to add is a sunroof. (i want the g35 luxury model... not the sport model). they say that the pricing is supposed to start under $30k... so i figured it would start at the same price as the sedan ($28k) and adding sunroof would make it $29k and with tax... $31.5k. let me know if my estimates are valid...

try the third message for pricing info. . Keep in mind that they will not discount off of MSRP and the prices may not include regional marketing fees that can vary ($500 for Nissan in the Cincy area).
