NEW 2002 Nissan Maxima GLE w/ all options except navigation system. The car looks great, black leather interior, BOSE audio, 6 disc changer, heated seats and the works. The car's pretty damn fast too. I like it

APR we got from eloan or some crap for 4.8% for 60 months. We got the dealer down to like 25,000 something, I forgot the exact number but it was a good deal. We got a $1000 rebate too thanks to Nissan

I think it was like $26,900 on the invoice. We paid $25,600 I believe w/o tax.

Did he really get all the options, or are you just saying that? Invoice on a stock GLE is around $25k. If he got a loaded one for that much, its a steal.

Hmm, whatever, car = good to me
Too bad the 2004 is coming out soon and its redesign = sweet that's a great price if you got all the options w/o navi. makes me hopeful when i wanna get my g35 coupe... maybe they'll give me the car for $25,000 too. the maxima is about the same price as the g35 coupe. hoping... wishing...
Some of the dealers in my area are taking $5,000 off of the MSRP price. Sounds like your father got an excellent deal on a great car. The finance rate isn't too bad either.
Thanks and matsuhisa about that G35, we were originally gonna get the G35 sedan but just decided on something cheaper for now and will get a really nice car later on

just to clear up some misconceptions...
"Stealin" has no s.c. for the 3.5 VQ and there does not see to be any rumors of f.i. unless Nissan plans to introduce some type of blower for the 350Z.
The G35 coupe, nicely equipped, will probably be about $35K ( I am pricing one at about $37K which makes one seriously consider the Corvette) which is miles from the Maxima price.
The 6th gen Max (2004) looks bigger than the current offering and may not be a sports sedan too much longer.
