I just got this thing, and when I download songs to it, it usually cuts the first half a second out of it and skips randomly in the songs themselves. It's not the Mp3 files, they are fine, with no clicks, pops, or skips in them.

I tried downloading the newest software from D-link, but it didn't solve either of these problems.

Is there a fix for this?

ARGH!

I called tech support twice so far, and each time the phone just rings and rings and rings, with no answer.

SOMEBODY must've had the same problems as me(70000 users!)

HELP!!!!!

Wish I could help, but aside from saying to sell it to someone who likes skips....

See, mine died. Just up and died one day, no more workie. So I call Dlink, their phones don't work. I email them. That must not work either. Eventually I threw it in a box and forgot about it....until now.

You're the 3rd person i've heard saying they had problems with their D-Link player (although i can't seem to recall what the problems were).
