My Customer can't see his website

I have a client who can't go to his website and keeps bugging me about the site being down... I can get to the site fine and everyone I have called can also get to the site. I had him do a dnsflush but nothing...

The nameservers were changed 2 days ago... do the servers repopulate at different speeds? Could it just be a problem with his ISP (Buckeye Express)?

I would think 2 days would've been enough time for the name to propagate, but perhaps not. Perhaps give him the ip for temporary use?

He could try clearing his browser cache. Or try loading the site on another computer if that's an option.
