Id suggest getting one big dual 120mm rad or heatercore...it'll cool better and is more efficent because of more waterflow compared to to rads. What waterblocks are you getting? I would get as big a case as possible so everything is not so confined and so you have more space for the heat to move and escape. As far as your prump id rather get an iwaki, danner, or DD one.

A note on the clamps. After using clamps that employed flathead screws, I vowed always to use phillips head screws from now on because they hug the screwdriver more securely. I was caught in a situation where I had to tighten some clamps underwater in my coolant/water mixture. Because the water additive is designed to make the water more slippery, the flathead kept on slipping off when trying to tighten the clamp. This once led to the flathead slipping off and cutting open my finger... while it was submerged in the car coolant. Nothing good can come of this. Try to get clamps with phillips heads if you can. Unfortunately they are very hard to find.

Trout - man that just sounds like it stings... I will see if I can find them. Arent the screws on the clamps standard threads? Couldn't I swap out the screws??

I am going to start acquiring the parts in the next week or so. I plan on taking pictures as I go...

You could just as easily use high-quality nylon clamps. They won't strip, can be tightened easily with a pair of needle-nose pliers (or your hand for that matter) and won't damage thin-walled barbs. Beyond that, clamps are insurance against leaks, not the primary reason why leaks don?t occur. Good quality ?sticky? hose and double-ringed barbs are your first line of defense in most cases.
