My current system stinks. Need a few tweaks to this new build.

It's pretty straightforward, but the guide is a little out of date. I would like to get the total system price to about $1000-$1100. Would like to replace the video card with a evga Geforce 8800GTS 640MB for around $340, and I only need 1 hard drive. Any suggestions on cutting some cost on the other components without affecting system stability/quality? Or if you have have another reputable dealer in mind with better prices, let me know. Any help/suggestions are welcome.

well, the E6420 just came out. Wait until the April 22nd price cut to get an E6420 @ 183 or E6600 @ $224.
Heatsink: would recommend, also, a Thermalright Ultra 120 or a Tuniq Tower if you can find them.

LOL, but i'm impatient.

But I will wait until next week to order the CPU. I think i'm still going to buy the 680i. What about the RAN and Power Supply. Are there any cheaper, but still good quality alternatives?

And if anyone knows where I can get a Tuniq Tower, please let me know.
