My CPU Temp is 40-46 its a celeron 2.6 is this normal?

I have a P4X400 Dragon Lite motherboard i was wanting to know if the thermal die reads right if so i'm running a celeron 2.6 and a thermaltake spark 7+ xaser edition and the idle temp is 43-46C is this normal? 😛😕
 
Even when using Spark 7 a temp of over 40 C, no i think there is a problem with your diode or may be the fitting is not correct, Consider 47 C to be the Max load temperature not idle. You need to check a few things here.....
