My CPU lapping result

I decide to lap my cpu since I was seeing rather high temperatures on my cpu.
After lapping, I saw significant reduction in temperatures.
Before, idle at 44c load about 55c.
After, idle at 37c load about 47c.
Mine is c2d e6300 overclocked to 3.33 ghz with Zalman 9500 cooler.
I am glad I did this. If anyone sees high temperature on their core, try lapping. You will be happy.

Must have had a concave IHS. Mine went down from -31 idle and -18 on load to -36 on idle -23 on load by lapping my E6700. I did switch to ceramic as well, which you can do with a lapped IHS. Seems ceramic only works on very smooth surfaces.
