My CPU keeps overheating

My CPU keeps overheating to 57-65 C and I have no idea why it's doing it. I cleaned my fans and it made no difference at all. I'm not sure if it's always been this hot because I just checked the temperature today, but recently I've been getting blue screens everytime I try to play an FPS game and I rarely got blue screens before.

Any ideas what could be the problem?
