MY cpu fan is only running at 2000 rpm!!! please help

i use a volcano 7 and the cpu temp is 49 degrees C and i have not over clocked or anything. The fan is only running at 2000 rpm!! how do i increase this?

It's running so slow because of the temp surrounding the CPU. As the goes under load the surrounding air will heat up and the fan will spin faster. It's an 80mm fan so it doesn't need to spin as fast. It's speed is controlled by temp.

isn't 49 degrees hot though for not overclocking or anythign? my system temperature is 35 degrees C. and i'm using a lian li case with 4 fans and a 400 Watt ps with 2 fans

Sounds like you have plenty case fans so you should have good case cooling. However, you said that system temps are 35. This make me think that your room temperatures are too high. If case is cooling properly system temps should be 3-4 degrees higher than room temp. I also see that the CPU temp is 14 degrees higher than system temps. This large difference indicates CPU is not being cooled properly. On another thread you asked about RPM. Get that YSTech fan and cool down your CPU. You might also consider getting an air conditioner to cool room better.
