I first found out he was doing so well last spring, when he was named to the All-Star team and scored one of its goals in that game. I hope he has a bigger and better future ahead of him, and I wish I had been keeping track since a long time ago!

The article says he is 9th in the league in scoring. I think since then he is 6th overall in the league, not in scoring but in overall points.

It's so weird, I haven't seen him since he was like maybe seven years old 😛


EDIT: He is currently 10th in assists, and 9th in power play assists, in the league.


Ironically, I went to high school with a guy currently on the Canucks' roster. Guess he ain't doing too much this year 🙁

Anyway, it's quite a feat to become a pro hockey player. Any of us amateurs know it... congrats to him on a stepping stone.
 
Joe DiPenta. Never really knew him in HS, or saw him much, I guess he was always on the road playing hockey.
