Some nights I'll make Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana or a slowly-stewed Pot Roast...but tonight I made a cheeseburger. Not exactly Haute Cuisine...but it still rocked.

Anyone else extremely pleased with their own efforts of feeding themselves?
 
I fend very well for myself in college. Everyone I know is eating Kraft Dinner, and I am eating casseroles, steaks and roasts 😛

There's just something so cool about being able to fend for yourself, fast food joints be damned. 😎

I buy all my meats in the "family size" packages. Pork chops get wrapped in pairs in foil and frozen. Chicken cutlets, singly. Steaks, singly. Ground Beef, by the pound AND by the burger. 🙂

Now that I've shared my Food Storage tips with you...your turn. 😀

Everyone one does something well.... I am an awesome cook.... but I am teh suck at baking.

Cooking is an art, baking is a science.

My cooking gets raves.

Getting lean in the fridge waiting for the next paycheck, so lunch was leftovers of yesterday which was a dozen and a half of chicken wings, marinaided in a can of tomato soup, with a diced zuchini, diced onion, a liberal dash of Frank's RedHot, some salt and pepper, and some McCormick GrillSensations smokey seasoning - baked in the oven covered for 1 hour at 400F.

Damn good stuff.
