my computer wont start up correctly.

it says we apoligize for this inconvinence but your computer didnt start successfully. a reicent hardware or software change might have caused this, but i didnt change either of those things. then please start in safe mode if comand promt last know good cnfiguration and sart windows normally then when i do one of those it just goes back to that page. it started no booting up right after i went to start shutdown but i was in a hurry and it was taking to long so i just did a hard shutdown by holding the on/off button then when i went to turn it back on that happend.

Can you boot into safe mode?

I'm no expert but you may have done something funny to your hard drive by killing the power like that.
