My computer wont run, help

i have a 400 mhz amd k6 system, and when a few days ago when I woke up the screen was black and it would'nt turn on or off. So I thought it was the powersupply, so I replaced it with an extra psu I have lying around. Nothing changed, what should I do?
 
Reseat the video card and the memory, take them both out, clean them a little with an eraser on the metal contacts and carefully reinstall them. You don't have to clean them but if they are bad you may want to. The video card could also have gone bad.
