When you say 'my fan', I'm assuming that it is the fan on the heatsink. Does the fan have a 3- or 4-pin power connector? 4-pin (Molex) connectors don't support RPM monitoring. RPM monitoring is on the yellow wire of a 3-pin fan power cable.
Can you detect the temp of either the processor or ambient?
Since the VIA133A chipset lacks the ability to read internal diode temp off a p3, and it appears that hte mb lacks on mb thermistors(which are highly inaccurate anyways), it looks like you're out of luck.
the tyan trinity 400 is not supported in Motherboard monitor. I had the motherboard sold it for a Soyo SY-6VBA133 and just now sold the Soyo for an Asus CUSL2 or Asus A7V.. can't wait!!!!! Now only if the buyer of my stuff would write me back.
