My Computer (so far..) Any Ideas

I will be building a computer as soon as I get my tax return ~1-2 mo from now. It will be used for many thing from gaming/surfing the web and maybe some Autobuilder for work. I have made some choices and would like to see if you agree with them. The lowest cost is ideal for me not the cheapest(i.e quality is important but not No.1)

What I have decide so far.

1) Case:Antec SX830 (Has great cooling in case I want to overclock instead of upgrade)
2) MB:Iwill KT133A (Don't Know if it is worth getting it with raid)
3) CPU: Athlon Thunderbird Retail Ver. (750 Mhz-1.0 Ghz don't know yet what i'll chose)
4) Memory: 64x64x256 (I got 2 64-133Mhz for free at Compusa with MIR)
5) Sound Card: SB Live Gamer 5.1(Games will be its main use, Song and Phone call Rarely)
6) Video Card: Undecided
7) CD-R: Prime Peripherals 50x (Its free this week at OM with MIR)
8) CD-RW: Plextor 12x10x32 or 16x10x40 (The only time I'll use it is to make backups)
9) HD Main: Maxtor 40 or 60 GB (VG reviews & get the card for free that I can trade)
10) HD Second: Undecided (See note a bottom)
11) Modem: Undecide (might go with the free after MIR at office max)
12) 3.5: Undecide (Don't think this make a diffrence, but want one anyway)
13) Monitor: Undecided (19"-21" is all I know so far and samsung has good CS)
14) DVD: NONE (will never watch a DVD on my computer)
15) OS: Windows 98 2ND edition (ME is to new for me and still has alot of bugs)

If I am missing anything please tell me because I dont want to go to my freind and be missing any parts.

Note: I want to be able to boot my computer from the second HD for surfing the web only. The reason is that Incase I get hit by a virus the damage will be limited and these days I hear companies/people are now able to spy on your computer. Basical I want the computer to be a seperate entity when I boot from the second drive with no one or company able to see or access what I have on the main dive. This is mainly if I do work for my company at home.

Thanks Again
Cosmo

P.S. Sorry for any spelling mistakes

Stuff looks good to me. As for the booting... I don't know if you can have two installations of the same OS on the same computer, that would be question for the OS people here. But if you want that second installation to not be able to see the first drive at all, I think you may have just manually switch cables between the two drives, or disable it in CMOS each time you want to boot from the second drive...

Check out the Santa Cruz sound card before you decide to buy the SBLive. Ditch the CD-R, Plextor CDRW is all you will ever want. There has been some decent threads on Monitors lately that you could probably look up. I personlly have a Hitachi SuperScan 812, costed me $700 1 year ago, and it has amazing quality. IBM 45 gig hard drives are easily found for $160 at Buy.com, I would just grab 2 of those. No comment on 98, people arn't easily persuaded to try win2k.

Just some options for you to think about. I am undecided on Video cards myself, still using a Geforce1.

Retail means a bundled HSF, right? Most people around the forums recommend a better one like the Global Win FOP, Taisol CGK, Alpha, or a few others. Skip over the Orbs.
