my computer psu died so i went to try to fix my p3

My psu died and i need a computer i can use until i buy a new psu online, bascically put it all togather and it makes a beep when i plug in the cord to the psu and every like 30 sec it makes beeps nothing on the monitor either last time i tried to fix this it said i needed a boot disk.

What do you think the problem is?

Something is not hooked up or plugged in right, like memory, etc.

i reseated the memory and checked if everything is plugged in the only thing that isnt is the switch would that make it beep, i would hook it up but i dont know were to.

any other suggestions?
I cant use this laptop forever i wish i could
