I have question, the top of the 3650 is for another slot or is an ornament.
and MATE can be used in pendrive or not.

Are you talking about the small edge connector on the top of the card? That's for a "Crossfire bridge", to combine two cards into one.

Look into "Rufus" or "NetBootin", to put a Linux Live ISO onto a USB flash drive.
 
I install Mate in pendrive and video it seems to work well, but do not understand why doesn'twork In Windows XP, or in the other hard drive with Windows 7.
