Well i've been running with 128 megs for quite a while, I decided another 128 would be nice being so cheap and all. So I gave crucial a call ordered my stick but didn't quite like the results. It seems any more then 1 stick of ram in there and I get quite an assortment of errors. I thought crucial sent me a bad chip so I sent it back and they sent me a new one... well this one worked a little better but a little better isn't cutting it. I still get random lockups and resets. I've tried arraning them in different slots and even tried the 128 stick from my moms puter all with pretty much the same result.

I'm running win2k on a Abit BX6r2 mobo with a p3 600@800. Whatcha think, screwy motherboard or could it be the mixing and matching of different types of ram?
