My computer doesn't boot at all

I have a core2quad QX6600 with an Asus Striker Extreme motherboard with 4 gb memory installed at 800 mHz.
Suddenly it doesn't boot any more, only displays the logo, no way to get inside BIOS settings.
Can you help me troubleshooting it?
