My computer delays to switch on

Hi,

When I press the button to switch on the computer it doesn't operate immediately as it did but delays for some seconds and then operates.

MAINBOARD:GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9
PSU: ANTEC 380 QUIET
GPU:RADEON X800XL 256DDR3(SAPPHIRE)
CPU:ATHLON 64 3000+ (WINCHESTER)
MEMORY:2x512 KINGSTON DDR 400
HDD:SEAGATE 120GB
DVD-R:NEC

PLEASE HELP. TODAY OPERATES AFTER SOME SECONDS TOMMOROW MAY NOT OPERATE AT ALL!

I mean that for about 20sec after I have pressed the button the computer doesn't power on. When I bought when you pressed the button the computer started immediately.
