My complaint letter to McDonalds

Your letter is improperly written. Your first sentence needs to state the situation, as well as the problem. Then follow up with what you want in retrun, then give background information. Saying you find something ridiculous is fine and dandy if you're talking to someone in person, but if they're reading it it's going to immediately put them off. They don't care how mad you are becuase you're not right physically there in front of them getting irate, so it's best to leave harsh language out of a letter like this. Good luck 🙂

Let me explain the Arch card.

Any McDonalds that takes credit card have the ability to participate in the Arch card.
All you have to do is update the credit card system to accept Arch card.
Any franchise that utilize CC I'm guessing would participate in the Arch card(theres no reason not to).

I can't see any reason why you're having so much trouble with it.
They have the ability to check the balance for you with the machine.

Ob BTW, McDonalds that participate in the Arch card had to go through a training program showing everyone how to use it.(all employees had to be trained)
Corporate people were stopping by making sure everyone know how to use it.
Still puzzle me why those McDonalds were being such d!cks.

Saturated fats are harmful to those genetically predisposed to heart disease. Many people can eat high fat diets with no harmful effects.

A diet higher in fat than recommended by the nonsense one size fits all BS out now will fill you up faster, and make you feel full longer, meaning you'll eat less.

Fatty foods do NOT make people fat. In fact, the low fat craze directly precedes and correlates with the rise in obesity in the US.

Genetics have very little to do with how I look. I was rapidly turning into a fat ass as I hit my 30s and my metabolism took a nose dive before I started working out.

I look this way because of hard work. I work hard because I choose not to be sick, and dead of type 2 diabetes like my father at age 59. My fitness is driven by health reasons, not vanity. It was never my intention to do this for vanity reasons, and it's not my fault you suck and are jealous.

BTW, I spend no more than 4 days a week in the gym, and no more than 1.5 hours each day. A maximum of 6 hours a week. FAR less than most people spend in front of the TV on any given two days. This includes both weights and cardio. It's a myth that you need to spend a lot of time in the gym.

Wow!! I just don't even know what to say!!!

Aside from the fact that about half of what you said contradicts what you've said in previous posts.............your ego is VERY MUCH tied up in what you're doing. (Ever post a pic of your arm in ATOT?)

And if you're truly convinced that diets high in saturated fat are only threatening to those with a predisposition to heart disease, then dare I suggest you not share your own personal nutritinal opinions with those on this board who might very well fall into that category???

You're 38 years old, yet I swear with some of the stuff that you come off the cuff with, you sound like you're 38 goin' on 18!!

I get that too... Amused seems like he feels he has something to prove.

amused do not listen to him, I agree with everything you said...I spend 2 hours, 3 days a week in the gym, no counting running, and have been a powerlifter for about 7-8 years now, and I have always maintained a high in fat diet for obvious reasons...I like to think that I am a tank and due to all my supplementation and concentration on marco AND micronutrients I am in perfect health

Have you ever taken notice of the high percentage of body builders that suddenly collapse from heart explosion?

I'm not going to get into a body building discussion, but the human body was not designed to handle the maintenance on all of that muscle mass nor was it designed to consume 4000 calories and a pound of saturated fat in a day.

Oh, and so my post is somewhat on-topic:

McD's screwed you, OP. Talk to the franchise owner for those locations and explain how you were treated. That's likely to be all you need. The fast food market is so competitive that these owners probably wouldn't tolerate their managers treating their customers in this manner.

There is a difference between natural body builders and steroid users who destroy their heart and internal organs with artificial hormones.

BTW, "heart explosion?" Is that a medical term?

Maybe if you understood WHY some body builders drop dead, you'd understand why you are woefully ignorant on this subject. Their diets have little to nothing to do with it unless they are genetically predisposed to heart disease.

What a bunch of losers.. I've had similar bad experience from that piece of crap place. I am quite happy never eating there ever again.

Typical nonsense. Everyone here is full of nonsense and absurdity except for me......God's gift to health & fitness.

fixed!

I eat at McDonalds quite a bit. In fact, my diet is quite high in fat. As is recommended by every bit of health & fitness literature authored in the last 10 years!! I know, because I wrote half of it!

fixed again!!

I'll bet you I'm in better shape than you. Even though I really have no ego tied up in what I'm doing.......(which is living in a gym 6 days a week). My metabolism and genetics have nothing to do w/ how I look. It's all about what I'm doing. I have the key to health & fitness success. I *am* the next Bill Phillips!!

fixed yet again!!

For the record........a vegetarian who consumes mostly avocados all day eats a diet that is quite high in fat also.............however, it's just a different kind than you'll find in a double-quarter pounder w/ cheese at McDibby's!

😉

I love you, redgtxdi 😀. Thanks 🙂.

Definitely send them a complaint through their website. I did that during the Monopoly thing when I got stiffed from the right chicken boxes and they sent me some coupons for free fries and such.

Also if you wanted, you could contact your local news station that does consumer help stories and such and let them know there might be a scam with local McDonalds'.

My biceps have nothing to do with my security. Apparently, though, your inability to do anything with your body has everything to do with yours... thus you attack anyone who has succeeded in doing something with theirs.

The proof of what I say lies with my very appearance and state of health... which I'd be willing to stack up against yours any day. That alone proves my point. Sorry you see confidence and success as ego and arrogance. Again, it's not my fault you suck.
