For those who know me, they know it is a rare occurrence for me to be rendered speechless. But when I heard that Rabbi Paulson Loserator, Jr. wants to ridicule the accomplishments of generations of great men and women, I must say that speechless I was. Let me begin by citing a range of examples from the public sphere. For starters, I myself am not trying to save the world -- I gave up that pursuit a long time ago. But I am trying to bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to the current debate. For your edification, I should point out that you don't have to say anything specifically about him for him to start attacking you. All you have to do is dare to imply that I should contribute to the intellectual and spiritual health of the body politic. And there you have it. It is up to each of us to create a world in which animalism, particularism, and fogyism are all but forgotten.

On behalf of several members of the community, I would like to express my shock and disappointment at some of Ness's ebullitions. As this letter will make clear, I stand by what I've written before, that Ness is out to use rock music, with its savage, tribal, orgiastic beat, to destroy our youths' ability to relax, reflect, study, and meditate. And when we play her game, we become accomplices. In a manner of speaking, I have a tendency to report the more sensational things that she is up to, the more shocking things, things like how she wants to engender ill will. And I realize the difficulty that the average person has in coming to grips with that, but her manuscripts make many mainstream kooks nervous, so to speak. It is similarly noteworthy that if the human race is to survive on this planet, we will have to turn Ness's goofy orations to our advantage. Yes, Virginia, one of Ness's favorite tricks is to create a problem and then to offer the solution. Naturally, it's always her solutions that grant her the freedom to calumniate helpless carpetbaggers, never the original problem.

All names have been hidden to protect the stupid and to keep me from getting banned for making personal attacks

Don't make me bring in the complaint generator on this one:

The theme of this letter is not "There is no compelling moral or economic reason why Rabbi Paulson should renege on an incredibly large number of promises." By now, you've already heard countless arguments running in that vein and are probably pretty sick of them. The theme of this letter is "Appeasement is not the answer." But first, let me pose you a question: Is he actually concerned about any of us, or does he just want to create massive civil unrest? After reading this letter, you'll definitely find it's the latter. He has called innocent children unrealistic deluded jackanapes to their faces. This was not a momentary aberration or a slip of the tongue, and hence, we can safely say that his commentaries are based on hate. Hate, alarmism, and an intolerance of another viewpoint, another way of life.

He argues that he would sooner give up money, fame, power, and happiness than perform a choleric act. I wish I could suggest some incontrovertible chain of apodictic reasoning that would overcome this argument, but the best I can do is the following: He decries or dismisses capitalism, technology, industrialization, and systems of government borne of Enlightenment ideas about the dignity and freedom of human beings. These are the things that Rabbi Paulson fears, because they are wedded to individual initiative and responsibility. Currently, he lacks the clout to lash out at everyone and everything in sight. But before the year is over, he will have enough cronies to rob us of our lives, our health, our honor, and our belongings. Everybody loves a good game of hide-and-seek: find the person, find the hidden item, or in the case of Rabbi Paulson and his insincere lackeys, find the hidden agenda. Under these conditions, if he continues to expose and neutralize his enemies rather than sit at the same table and negotiate, crime will escalate as schools deteriorate, corruption increases, and quality of life plummets.

If you delve deeply into his inclinations and thus, in tranquil clarity, submit to contemplation the convictions of surly scrubs, you will indubitably discover why the central paradox of his editorials, the twist that makes his philippics so irresistible to deplorable perverts, is that these people truly believe that his snow jobs are not worth getting outraged about. After reading everything I could find on this subject, I was forced to conclude that last summer, I attempted what I knew would be a hopeless task. I tried to convince Rabbi Paulson that his blatant indifference towards the feelings of others is due to intense misunderstanding, suspicion, and fear. As I expected, Rabbi Paulson was entirely unconvinced.

The fact that in a country like ours where materialism, sensationalism, and Dadaism run rampant, we need laws to help enforce behavior that ought done out of common sense, decency, and tolerance is distressing, to say the least. If I may be permitted to make an observation, I have a tendency to report the more sensational things that he is up to, the more shocking things, things like how he wants to bowdlerize all unfavorable descriptions of his criticisms. And I realize the difficulty that the average person has in coming to grips with that, but if one accepts the framework I've laid out here, it follows that even if one is opposed to dodgy blathering Pyrrhonism (and I am), then surely, he is capable of only two things, namely whining and underhanded tricks. I cannot think of any satisfactory rationale Rabbi Paulson could put forward that would justify his decision to brainwash the masses into submission. In that context, one could say that it doesn't do us much good to become angry and wave our arms and shout about the evils of his agendas in general terms. If we want other people to agree with us and join forces with us, then we must build a society in which people have a sense of permanence and stability, not chaos and uncertainty.

It is common knowledge that he keeps telling us that an open party with unlimited access to alcohol can't possibly outgrow the host's ability to manage the crowd. Are we also supposed to believe that there is something intellectually provocative in the tired rehashing of brain-damaged stereotypes? Let me quote to you from the words of my attorney: "Many of Rabbi Paulson's memoirs are seriously flawed, frequently fail to meet minimal standards of logic, and, on balance, are corrupt." Trapped by the cognitive dissonance engendered by hard evidence and common sense, Rabbi Paulson feels obligated to create an atmosphere that may temporarily energize or exhilarate, but which, at the same time, will pose the gravest of human threats in a baleful attempt to justify his ethics. How can he live with himself, knowing that what he is doing is akin to painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa? He can fool some of the people all of the time. He can fool all of the people some of the time. But Rabbi Paulson can't fool all of the people all of the time.

Does he think his arguments through, or does he just chug along on his computer writing about whatever trite belief systems happen to suit his needs that day? You'd think I'd be pretty well inured by now to the lunacies of his ideologies, but I have to say that the objection may still be raised that he can change his asinine ways. At first glance, this sounds almost believable. Yet the following must be borne in mind: Someone has been giving his brain a very thorough washing, and now Rabbi Paulson is trying to do the same to us. I do not find antics that are belligerent, unregenerate, and testy to be "funny". Maybe I lack a sense of humor, but he is a pretty good liar most of the time. However, he tells so many lies, he's bound to trip himself up someday. Several things Rabbi Paulson has said have brought me to the boiling point. The statement of his that made the strongest impression on me, however, was something to the effect of how the average working-class person can't see through his chicanery.

He is utterly mistaken if he believes that it is vulgar to question his treatises. Whether or not you realize this, the nicest thing that can be said about Rabbi Paulson's henchmen is that they are bookish undesirables out to incite pogroms, purges, and other mayhem. For proof of this fact, I must point out that a person who wants to get ahead should try to understand the long-range consequences of his/her effusions. Rabbi Paulson has never had that faculty. He always does what he wants to do at the moment and figures he'll be able to lie himself out of any problems that arise. Verily, I must ask that his assistants empower the oppressed to control their own lives. I know they'll never do that, so here's an alternate proposal: They should, at the very least, back off and quit trying to destroy the values, methods, and goals of traditional humanistic study.

Rabbi Paulson likes bromides that confuse the catastrophic power of state fascism with the repression of an authoritarian government in our minds. Could there be a conflict of interest there? You've never heard him announce that he plans to blitz media outlets with faxes and newsletters that highlight the good points of his demonic credos? Well, Rabbi Paulson has repeatedly enunciated such a plan, but in his typically convoluted way. Believe you me, to Rabbi Paulson's mind, honor counts for nothing. So that means that he defends the real needs of the working class, right? No, not right. The truth is that Rabbi Paulson would have us believe that there's no difference between normal people like you and me and dotty New Age sensualists. That, of course, is nonsense, total nonsense. But Rabbi Paulson is surrounded by mumpish dour imbeciles who parrot the same nonsense, which is why his perorations are based on a technique I'm sure you've heard of. It's called "lying".

Rabbi Paulson recently stated that cultural tradition has never contributed a single thing to the advancement of knowledge or understanding. He said that with a straight face, without even cracking a smile or suppressing a giggle. He said it as if he meant it. That's scary, because his helpers believe that "we have no reason to be fearful about the criminally violent trends in our society today and over the past ten to fifteen years." First off, that's a lousy sentence. If they had written that for the time being, this is not a major issue, then that quote would have had more validity. As it stands, I feel that writing this letter is like celestial navigation. Before directional instruments were invented, sailors navigated the seas by fixing their compass on the North Star. But you can unequivocally assume serious trouble is brewing when flippant inhumane-types prevent me from sleeping soundly at night. Or, to express that sentiment without all the emotionally charged lingo, what we're involved in with Rabbi Paulson is not a game. It's the most serious possible business, and every serious person -- every person with any shred of a sense of responsibility -- must concern himself with it. What is this unambitious fascination Rabbi Paulson has with immoralism? We can say that credentialism appears to have triumphed, and he can claim the opposite, and it won't make one bit of difference. There are situations where certain comments are appropriate and there are situations where they are not. He has stated that his opinions represent the opinions of the majority -- or even a plurality. One clear inference from that statement -- an inference that is never really disavowed -- is that society is supposed to be lenient towards venal purveyors of malice and hatred. Now that's just vengeful.

For proof of this ongoing tragedy, one has only to realize that we must make the world safe for democracy. Our children depend on that. Perhaps it sounds like stating the obvious to say that every time Rabbi Paulson tells his toadies that if he kicks us in the teeth, we'll then lick his toes and beg for another kick, their eyes roll into the backs of their heads as they become mindless receptacles of unsubstantiated information, which they accept without question. Finally, any mistakes in this letter are strictly my fault. But if you find any factual error or have more updated information on the subject of Rabbi Paulson, Rabbi Paulson-inspired versions of teetotalism, etc., please tell me, so I can write an even stronger letter next time.
