Damn them! They tricked me today! There was no announcement of free food today, in fact there were rumors that they were NOT buying food today! So I went out to lunch with my co-worker. I just got back and find (empty) platters of mexican food and overstuffed co-workers! Could have saved myself $5.50!

So sorry for always bumping this thread and bringing it back from the dead. . . well, not really.

Tonight's dinner: 2 6-foot burritos, taquitos (with all the fixings, sour cream, salsas, guacamole), buffalo wings, salads (you don't win friends with salad), and 2 cheesecakes!

Because its a tactic known to be used in call centers all the time. its a CYA Policy they use quite often to make people "volunteer" to work more. That is, until you lose your job because it goes offshore....
