This is a good trick and I would do it! Also you should pig out on MCDONALDS double cheese burgers $1 each from now till the weigh in. Make sure you don't drink till you pass out or have to flee to use the toilet before they weigh you in...
Double salted McDonalds french fries will help you hold more water at the weigh in as already said.
The very first wiegh in you should be way ahead of everyone else if you do all this stuff.
Say you weigh in at 200 lbs I would bet after one week you could weight 175lbs no problem. Eat like 700 cal a day all vegies and drink lots of water accept before the last weigh in of course that day you want to sweat it all out. Oh and don't just rely on low cal to loose the weight you should walk or jog or bike and get a sweat going every single day.
Oh, take laxatives everyday too if your really crazy! Stop short at vomiting up your meals.
