MY comp won't boot up!!! what do u think it is???

Hi guys, i have a ga-7vtxe and it was fine until i installed the thermaltake volcano 7. After i installed that computer seems like its booting up but nothing comes to the monitor. Do you think it's the ps or what do u think it is??? Because the volcano 7 uses two 3 pin connectors and i plug them both in. I have a 320 ps. Let me know whats up with it if u have any ideas.
