My Comp Automatically Turns off

Sometimes my computer automatically turns off, im guessing its the PSU not strong enough cause the cd-rom lights still stay on.

What are the system specs, and what brand, model and wattage is the power supply?

Does it just shut off like you unplugged it (hardware problem) or does it shut itself down (virus) ?

If you overclocked your system, then it's a sign of instability.

i do have oc'ed, but could it mean my power supply not powerful enough?
i have my vcore at 2.03 and everything else set to highest voltage.
