How do you clean the coffee maker? Is it vingar you use to clean it out and if so what kind?

Help my coffee is starting to taste real bad. Im sure the starbucks brand isnt helping. They make lousy coffee beans when they sell to consumers.

Vinegar is where it's at.
If you buy Starbuck's from Starbuck's, they are the same exact beans they are using to brew the coffee. I can't imagine the beans sold in grocery stores are any different. Are you buing whole beans and storing them well?

Yes I buy whole bean and have an air tight container. My coffee makes has the bean chopper built in. Works good just have to dry out the top otherwise it will jam.

Maybe the supermarket/shipper is not storing these right. But will try the local starbucks next time.

You two should work on something. Two is better than 1.

Thanks, but it's not my website. I just shamelessly promote it for forum member "Entity." 😛

yea, some designs with lousy fins in the filter basket are harder to clean. but its still gotta be done every time you use it. probably a major reason why many office coffee machines make nasty sh*t. no one cleans the damn thing.
