My chipset fan isn't running...

I really don't watch my chipset fan much because it's small and tucked away, but today I noticed that it isn't running! Why isn't it, and is there a way I can turn it on??

Good thing you caught it tho... Some boards can cook em if they go to long without it (especially if the board is overclocked!).
