My cat keeps coming home with welts all over its body!

I allow my cat to roam the neighborhood freely, but lately it has been coming home with small welts all over its body! I think someone might be shooting her! What courses of action can I take?

How about not allowing your cat to roam the neighborhood freely!!! Other people don't want your stupid feline in their yards every stinking day.

Um...how about keeping the fscking cat inside? Letting the cat roam outside is just an invitation for her to get run over by a car, attacked by other animals, shot by some asshole with a BB gun (which is probably what is happening to her) and a host of other fun things.

If you really care about the cat, keeping them inside is the best thing you can do for them. Otherwise, don't be surprised if your cat suffers as a direct result of you being a dumbass and letting them continue to roam free.

I logged for the sole purpose of giving you a 1 rating. But now that I've had three seconds to think about it, I will answer your question: take the cat to the humane society. Maybe someone who cares will adopt it.

However, if you decide to keep it, small welts all over *your* body would be a good start.

wtf is your problem? My cat is 15 years old and has always been an indoor/ outdoor cat. Alot of cats around here are indoor/outdoor as well. If I saw that my cat was getting welts then yeah I would keep him inside, but theres nothing wrong having a cat hang outside.

If you search ATOT you can find at least 3 threads that demonstrate what is wrong with it.

I won't disagree with that, under 'normal' conditions. I have outdoor cats, too. But if your cat is coming home with welts, not once, not twice, but repeatedly, and you have to ask for advice...

I have an extremely low tolerance for people who do/allow harm to children and small animals. I'm very relieved to find out this was a parody. Unfortunately, it was all too likely to be true.

Wow, guess I must be breakin' some unwritten code... "Damn rulebreakahhhhhh!" Believe me, I _AM_ a walking parody of myself. lol
