OK, it was really a 14" garter snake, but she did bite it in half. Teach that slimy sucker for crossin' into her turf.

Wait until the neighbors dog eats your cat, are you going to feel the same way ?

That sucks. Garter snakes are cool. They eat bad bugs and stuff, and won't bite you.

My old cat (named Weezer) was a superb hunter, despite the fact that he was albino and had a bell on his collar. He would catch his prey and bring it to the doorstep. I let him have the mice, moles, shrews, birds, etc., but not the snakes.

whoa, I've heard of cats hunting mice and birds, but not cats. Maybe you should enter it into a cat hunting contest. ;)

I hate it when my cat kills things. One time she brought a dead baby opossum to my doorstep, weather SHE killed it or not I'm not really sure, but it was nasty none the less. She brings a bird home at least 1 once every week or two

, but never any snakes. If she ever had the chance to kill a snake I really dont think she would, I've seen her screwing around with a mole but she was always to interested by the thing to kill it. You have one savage cat Carbo.

My cat (well, my family's cat) used to catch all kinds of stuff. Mice, birds, rats, rabbits, frogs, lizards, even a couple of squirrels. He always ate them too.

This little guy is the best hunter I have ever seen. He averaged about 5 kills a week during the summer and that is just what he brought home. He's bagged mice, voles, chipmonks, squirrels, snakes and a s**tload of birds.

I had a cat names Sugar ( she was brown and white :) ) she used to catch mice and bring them as presents to the back door. As she got older, the mice stopped coming and she started bring leaves. She was sooo cute :D I miss her.

Cats rule ! :)

But dogs are, literally, mans best friend.

:)

Cats are gods in fur coats who decided to do us all a favor and join us, heck they were worshipped in Egypt :)

Naw, they just like to pretend like they are ;)

Any creature that can get me to order take out chicken for them and then hand feed it to them is nothing less than a God,trust me on this one:)

My cat is pure evil... he sent my wife to the ER one night. Of course, it was right after we had him snipped. He must have had some latent hostility issues.

My 2 cats always prey on birds... They work as a team... My Siamese cat always catches and kills the birds, and my Birmese cat always eats the evidence. Although sometimes she's caught in the act because they bring the dead birds inside the house as they eat.
