My cases usb 2.0 ports are running as 1's....

I have this case, which im 99% sure has two front usb 2.0 ports.

When i plug my mp3 player into the fronts ports the lil windows thing pops up saying it could run faster in a 2.0 port. My rear usb 2.0 ports ( off my mobo) run fine but not the front ones.

The driver cd for my mobo gives me a lil link to windows to update my usb drivers and all it says is to make sure you have sp1 and ur drivers will be fine...

How do i get my front ports to run as 2.0???

A lot of headers for extra USB ports on mobos are only designed to run at 1.1 speeds.

check your chipset drivers, and make sure all your mobo drivers are up to date.
