My case wiring

This is the case wiring in my almost done computer (it has no CPU since Newegg messed up my order and sent me a Sempron 3500+ instead of the Athlon 64 3500+ I ordered). Most of the wiring is in place, except for the CPU 4 pin and the GPU 4 pin molex connector. Also my 7600GT isn't in either, but it does not need any cables for power.

View from back of mobo tray where wires are hidden:

Slightly older pic of whole system:

so, how's my wiring job and what can I do to improve it? Basically all my parts are in except for fan controller and *maybe* a floppy drive for BIOS updates.

And the ultimate question...is this wiring job window-worthy?

Well, I plan to cut a window in the case and use red lights so hopefully it will match

Get a flat IDE cable and fold it, that'll make it much less visible. Try sleeving the power cables and hiding the excess wire between your drives. You might also consider using two separate cables for your cd rom and hdd and running just one power connector from each line out to them and hiding the rest of the wire behind the drive cages. Also, cable sleeving is not a bad idea either ;)

Tried using an IDE cable I had laying around, but after folding it (or attempting to) I found that the cable didnt have enough separation between the master and slave connectors to reach my HDD...so guess will try with a different cable later; as for sleeving my PSU, that may come later, but zip-ties will do on the Fortron for now I think...Also my PSU doesn't have enough molex connectors to run 1 line each to the DVD-RW drive and the HDD (I need those connectors for the mobo, fan controller, and CCFL inverter), so I have to use 1 line with 2 molexes on it.

Also how exactly do you do the "folding"? I just folded it lengthwise to make the cable shorter and did an angled fold to reach the mobo...

LOL WTF? Fortron messed up the sticker on the side of the thing? Hahahaha.

Anyway, that thing is window worthy especially since you're going with a mostly red theme (due to your red LEDs and IDE cables). Also, if you put the optical drive on the top, you'll space things out a bit more...and that should look even better. Another note, use two different IDE cables between HDD and optical drive.

2 IDE cables is not an option...newer mobos like my K9N Platinum only have 1 IDE connector...so can't do that until I get a SATA drive...which won't happen until the 48GB of free space on this HDD is used up
