My case sounds like a 777 on a runway

any suggestion on a not so expensive but quiet case?

first, check your fans, make sure their tightly secured to your case or whereever so they cant vibrate and make LOTS of nosise
second check the fans if they have a fin missing, broken fans with missing fins make lots of noise
those might be you problems
