My Card overheating?

77 degrees Celsius for a BFG 6800GT OC (thier OC) 370/800 I think - that too hot?

I overclocked my Barton and it seems stable so far, trying to figure out Prime95 testing, and my temps havent gotten above 48C under full load but GRAW is closing/crashing out (just shuts down) when the GPU core reaches that temp of 77+ C.

Stock cooler for the card but a Zalman on order.

Too hot? I wonder why. I have it at 1.6v.

77*C is definately not too hot for the 6800GT. I remember people saying their 6800GTs ran upwards of 85*C without problems.

When a game crashes to the desktop that's usually a sign of a bad CPU overclock. Try backing down the CPU OC to default and see if it still happens.

No that fixed it.... oh well, its a Barton. It was stable where I had it and now since jacking with it again i get crashes in games.

Have a good link on OCing Bartons?
