Another front end shot

Engine shot

Last engine shot

Interior shot

Some of the shots are crap. I just took them today with a poloroid. I haven't taken to many pictures of it so I had to make do. I do have about 100+ shot of the body work being done though but just a few after that. I had a rear shot but I guess I forgot to scan that one in... Oh well.

Now I just need to finish the engine bay detailing to get rid of the over spray.

Thanks guys. :)

I wish I had taken more "real" pictures but It goes out of the garage so often it's pathetic.:( I probably only have about a dozen shots of it out side. I hate to say it but I would bet I have driven it less then 50 miles this year. I'm getting my rear seat done next wekk and I hope to get it out more and then head to the track in search of some mid/low 12's.

MAJOR SWEETNESS

(Excuse me,I have to go change my shorts,be back in a moment)

Nice ride Stallion.

Here's the 69 GS California I had in high school. Here's the back.

I'm currently building another 69 with a 455 Stage 1 motor in it. I'm hoping for mid 12's on pump gas.

Nice car.

I would love to have a GS for my son. Since his name is Gabe Smith (GS) I thought it would be cool. :D Plus the buick 455 was a torque monster. True sleeper cars. Problem is my kid is just past 3 years old. :) Still a little early to break out the tools.

Three is the perfect age to start 'em out. Get him a set of those osk-kosk overalls and a play-school set of tools and get him out in the garage with you. Nothing better than that kind of bonding with kids. Beside hook 'em early on cars, and he'll never have the time or money for drugs.

Caveman, that thing is saweeeeeeet!!!

I love the hidden head light look on those early camaros, and with a 427, it must be a hell'uva ride.

I just thought braided line was sweet when I bought the carb/lines/pump so I splurged. No wife and kids and house back then.

the engine is a 455 +.030 with a nudular crank and all ARP bolts. The cam is a Joe Mondello unit ( built by Engle) with .512/523 lift and 274/280 duration. Heads are Edelbrock aluminum with Comp cams roller rockers, guide plated and poly locks. Intake is Edelbrock torker with a 830 holley dump pumper with annular discharge and no choke. Headers are Hooker super comps with 1 7/8 primary and 3 1/2 inch collector with 3 inch pipe and 3 chamber flow masters. It has a 7 Qt Milodon pan and pump. TRW 10.25.1 pistons Mallory comp 9000 distributor and 6a box and coil. Trans in a turbo 400 with 3K stall and a 12 bolt olds rear. It has richmond 4:10s ,no c-clip, Summers Bros. axles.

Think that's it.

I work with a guy that has no less then a dozen 67-69 Camaros. All are hidden head light Z-28/RS cars. Including a DZ302 car and a ZL-1 car as well. He is what you might call a big time enthusiest. :D

He has more as well.

Wow lotsa toys, what year is your car...
your buddies zl-1 ask him if it had /has a heater, and or radio,
my car came with a heater, and it still has it,nice after a sudden downpour to have defrosters work...
;)
i think that most ZL-1 cars were basically factory race cars.. :D:p

oops, sorry about that.. Yep. it's a 71.

I know most of his cars are all radio delete units. I'll ask him though about the heater.

Is your Camaro all stock?
