Engine runs great,but unfortunately the seat broke as I was backing up a driveway.As a new one could be costly for its age,it looks like new car buying time.Like I said before 382,000 kms on her and you couldnt kill the engine. Note; My folks and I were looking at getting a used replcement seat before but the shop couldnt find any.

you can get an aftermarket recaro seat that will fit into the location no problems.


with that kind of mileage.. you shouldt have problem with how it looks.

You can pull a seat from a salvage yard if you can find a match. Doesn't really sound like it bothers you to move on to something new though 🙂
 
If the back just won't stay up jam something behind it. My dad drove around for a year with a big breifcase holding his set back up 🙂.

there is bound to be something in the junkyard that will work with slights mods.
 
my car was bagel, but after i spead some peanut butter on it, it started right up again. but then a week later it was english muffin, so i said "to heck with this" and started on the atkins diet. i have to walk everywhere now, that's the biggest problem.
