I have some cheapo Sabrent PCI TV-tuner video capture card, but the driver won't install. It worked fine when I had XP Home, but now I have Vista RC1 and it won't work. When I run the CD, it says it cannot find the card. When I go to device manager, the card is there with the exclamation point thing.
Should I get a USB vid cap thing, or wait until I buy Vista, or is there a way to fix this problem?
