My c drive keeps saving files

Hi this is my problem

I have a WD 640gb hard drive in 2 partitions (c &D). The OS is vista x64

The c is for the OS and some apps (like 100gbs) and the d is for the rest

Last night i had like 5 gbs left on the C drive and then all of a sudden it was full. I deleted some files from my downloads but it was full again. Every page I visit seems to be adding to my c drive. Ive deleted all my cache and it still wont stop. My c drive is full and I cant go online

ran some spyware and virus stuff and I deleted some viruses but the problem persists. Any help would be nice, thanks.

You are being plagued by Temporary Internet Files. 5 GB out of 640GB is peanuts. Your C drive is too full to function properly. Once you hit 75%, it's time to get a bigger drive. BTW, you can also delete the TIFs. And, you can set a limit on them as well. But even with that, 5 GB freeboard is almost non-functional. You can also put your TIFs on D partition.

Sounds to me like you didn't get rid of the virus(es), or you did but they've corrupted your system and/or you're part of a botnet now.

Just sayin'.
