I am building a new system for gaming but only have $470 to spend. I want this to be a QUIET system, as my previous system sounded like airplane!

Here is what I have planned to buy. (from Newegg.com)

maxtop case(350watt) with enermax fans
k7s5a w/1700+
that same hsf i guess
256ddr
geforce3 ti 200

$456+hsf cost

Are those prices from NewEgg?

The only problem with that is I dont have enough money to pay for shipping 🙁

 
definitely 256 ram at least, then save a bit by buying the ti200. If that is one of the ti200's under the 500 name, I feel stupid in advance. 😉
