My Budget Gaming System

I am building a new system for gaming but only have $470 to spend. I want this to be a QUIET system, as my previous system sounded like airplane!

Here is what I have planned to buy. (from Newegg.com)

I would go with the GF3 Ti200 and 256 DDR at minimum.

definitely 256 ram at least, then save a bit by buying the ti200. If that is one of the ti200's under the 500 name, I feel stupid in advance.
