The best way to do this would be to find copper in the ground, melt it on your own, hammer it out into sheets, then wrap the sheets up into tubing, and use that.

You'll need to weld/seal the copper tubing shut, so you'll need to figure out how to hand-craft your own welder, too...maybe sit on a bike for a few days? ;)

Edit: You can also craft your own block by ripping out your teeth, razor-sharpening them, then using them to cut through copper.

That'll work... as for the pump.....mouth powered. :D
