Yea, cylinder deactivation and a high over-drive gear help the F10, good enough for a 30% combined MPG boost (which I bet was more like a 20% city and 40% highway boost). Add in the extra 2.6 gallons of fuel, and you get a decent range.

That is a lot cooler to be than ppl working on beaters.
