my browsers are driving me crazy, help!!!

i have IE 6.0, netscape 7.0, and opera 6.0 installed on my system which has winXP pro and win2k pro installed on it. In the last two days i noticed that when i go to some websites using windows XP, the browser crashes. Since i noramlly use IE 6.0, i would try the same website, on netscape or opera, but the same result. For example doing a simple search on half.com for a book, i get a list of books i search and when i clilck on teh link, poof, the browser closes. Or i went to an old community college i attended. Went to that page, and the same thing happens. I tried the same websites on netscape and opera, and same results. So i wetn back to win2k, where i only have ie5.5 installed. clicked on the problematic websites, and voila, there they were. Loaded just fine....only thing i can think i did recently was installed netscape 7.0...would this have messed up my browsers?????

Tried uninstalling your incompatible software - Netscape? Got all your IE upgrade patches?

no popup killers..
i uninstalled netscape, and then installed the 6.0 version and now netscape works fine..only IE is the one messing up...
question, is how do i uninstall IE???
