My brother needs a new car..

Well his car's (Pontiac Bonneville) gas tank fell apart at the dealership and the repair cost is not really going to be worth it. His nest bet is just getting a new car (and trust me he, he needs a new car).

He just landed his first full time job not too long ago so he's looking for a fairly cheaper route to go. (He wants good mileage, safety ect.)

He's not made of money so what's the best bag for his buck?
