My brother and his wife are looking to adopt for the second time. Please read their note below. I have redacted personal information so, if you want more information or believe you can help, please PM me.

Thank you.

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about our family and our adoption hopes. As you may or may not know, we are expanding our family through adoption, specifically open adoption. We are thrilled about adopting again and hope to make a connection soon with a young woman or couple who are considering a loving, stable family for the baby they are bringing into the world.

I know, the first thing you are thinking is why we asked our family and friends to forward this email to you. After all, you probably don?t know of anyone making an adoption plan. Well, about 10% of all adoptions come about from networking with family, friends, acquaintances, and even complete strangers, and that is why we have asked all our family and friends for help. You might be surprised. You just might know a friend-of a friend-of a friend that is looking to make an adoption plan. So, we would be grateful if you could pass on our information. To learn more about our family, please visit our web site - www.-redacted-.com. If you would like to contact us, please feel free to drop us an email at -redacted-, or give us a call toll-free at 1.800.-redacted-.

We are working with a national adoption agency specializing in open adoptions. What does open adoption mean? It is an adoption process in which birth parents and adoptive parents meet and jointly decide to work together to make an adoption plan. If you would like to learn more about the agency we are working with, please visit their web site at www.adoptionhelp.org. If you would like to speak directly to our representative at the agency, please call toll-free 1.800.877.6736 and ask for one of the intake counselors who will answer all of your questions.

We?ve been blessed through the miracle of adoption with our son, -redacted-. The depth of love we feel for -redacted- is so extraordinary - we thank God daily for bringing us together! We look forward to getting to know another birth mother who is searching for the right family for her baby. We also look forward to raising that child to be proud of his/her birth parents and his/her exceptional adoption story - as we have done with -redacted-.

Thank you in advance for assisting us in expanding our family. If you have any questions about us or about adoption, please drop us an email - -redacted-.

Sincerely,

-redacted-

lol

why are they adopting? can they not have their own kids?

Is having a small penis a problem for you?

Why do people assume that asking extremely personal questions regarding potential fertility issues is acceptable behavior? I'm going to start another thread on that subject.

MotionMan: Good luck to your brother and sister-in-law's adoption plans.
