He has some job (software developer - he's a team lead for a small group of guys) and he's been to dubai a couple of times and more recently Kuwait, where he is now. I think he's keeping a fairly low profile, though apparently it's much safer than some hole like saudi arabia. No pics yet though 🙁
 
Don't know about Kuwait but Dubai is awesome and perfectly safe. Been there, seen it, and shopped a lot 😀
