My brother is in Kuwait for a month.

He has some job (software developer - he's a team lead for a small group of guys) and he's been to dubai a couple of times and more recently Kuwait, where he is now. I think he's keeping a fairly low profile, though apparently it's much safer than some hole like saudi arabia. No pics yet though

Don't know about Kuwait but Dubai is awesome and perfectly safe. Been there, seen it, and shopped a lot
