Like many of you, it is the end of the semester crunch. I've been doing homework/work/studing non-stop for 9 days now. I've got a test in 45 minutes that I'm not fully ready for (I've studied for 2 days, but I don't think I fully understand some of the material). But what do I find myself doing? Reading Anandtech. I am just fried and I cannot get any more info into my head yet. How many of you are in similar situations?

I wish I could. But it is one of those things where I read a paragraph, then ask myself what I read, and I don't know. I've studied to the limit and nothing else can enter.

By the way, it is a pretty simple course for the most part: master's level nonlinear optimizations. But there are two remaining theorem proofs that take up 3 whole pages of notes (small writing) that I just cannot memorize at this point.

reminds me of the episode of Married w/ Children when Kelly became super smart, filling the capacity of her brain and forgetting everything else :p

go out and get some fresh air. grab a bite to eat. for myself, sometimes i reach the point when i know that i've learned all i can on a particular subject. just try and relax before your final :)

Hell yeah, i've been in that same situation. You read so much that you literally feel sick if you're going to read anymore. You're ready... just relax now. Watch some tv, take a nap, play a game, get some icecream... something to get your head clear and release some stress.
