There's a nice little restaurant called Tosh's thats in a little artsy town called Tubac about halfway between Tucson and Nogales. Good food and great margaritas.

If you are in Phoenix hit Los Dos Molinos off of Central at the base of South Mountain for some of the hottest fresh salsa you will find at a restaurant.

Well, there's the Phoenix Zoo, Reid Park Zoo, and the Desert Museum. You could rent a horse I guess.

Well, You could hit Mill street in Tempe. Lots of ASU college booty there. Tucson has UoA but I don't really know the bar district there.

Up in Phonex if you are looking for a more mature(less college) bar scene there's the Scottsdale fashion mall area(AKA Silicone Valley). There's a handful of upscale bars around there that's usually packed with some of the areas more aloof.
